Mickiewicz’s Ballads & Romances: the Battle-Cry of Polish Romanticism

On Monday evening, I'll be teaming up with the brilliant dancer and choreographer, Ilona Gumowska, and the incredible sound artist and musician, Damsel Elysium, to present a short 'salon' performance of some of Adam Mickiewicz's Ballads and Romances.

To celebrate the publication of the very first English translation of these poems by the amazing Charles Krazsewski, we will follow a talk from Charles with a blending of Mickiewicz's words, dance and sound at the Ognisko Club Ball Room at 7pm.
